AJ Bell Dodl refer a friend offer terms and conditions

  1. The offer is to give you (the ‘referring customer’) and the person you’re referring (the ‘new customer’) a £30 electronic gift voucher to spend online via our partner, Blackhawk, when the new customer opens any Dodl account (an investment ISA or Lifetime ISA or pension or general investment account) and adds a minimum of £500 to it within 120 days of the referred customer submitting the referral form.
  2. There is no alternative to the £30 gift vouchers.
  3. You can’t refer yourself, and the new customer can’t already be a Dodl customer or have been a Dodl customer previously.
  4. The new customer must be 18 or over, and a UK resident for tax purposes in order take part in the offer.
  5. The new customer can transfer an account from a third party to Dodl worth £500 or more to qualify for this offer. This means that a transfer from AJ Bell or AJ Bell Investcentre won’t qualify for this offer.
  6. The referring customer must be an existing Dodl customer with a funded account at the time of referral.
  7. There is no limit on the number of new customers you can refer.
  8. Where the same new customer has been referred by multiple referring customers, only the first referral will be valid.
  9.  To claim this offer, the new customer needs to complete the online referral form at dodl.co.uk/refer-a-friend and follow the steps described there.
  10. If the claim is valid, an email containing a voucher code will be sent to you and the new customer (so please make sure the email addresses registered with Dodl are valid and up to date). The emails will be sent within the calendar month after the month the new customer adds the minimum amount (£500) to their Dodl account.
  11. The new customer must still be a Dodl customer with a minimum of £500 in their account at the time the emails containing the voucher codes are sent.
  12. Dodl reserves the right to reclaim the £30 gift vouchers if the new customer closes or transfers out their Dodl account within 12 months of the offer being claimed.
  13. Dodl reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this offer and/or these terms without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
  14. Employees of AJ Bell or Blackhawk, their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, and immediate family members of any such employees are not eligible for this offer.
  15. By participating in this offer, all participants (referring customer and new customer) agree that Dodl won’t be liable for any costs, expenses, loss or damage sustained or incurred by any participant with regards to this offer.
  16. By participating in the offer, all claimants are deemed to accept these terms and conditions and Blackhawk’s terms and conditions.
  17. This offer is governed by English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  18. The Promoter of this prize draw is AJ Bell Management Limited and is referred to in these terms and conditions as “Dodl”. The Promoter’s principal place of business is at 4 Exchange Quay, Salford Quays, Manchester M5 3EE. The Promoter may exclude from participation anyone believed to be taking unfair advantage of the offer.
